Free Economy class shipping can take from 4 to 9 business days depending on where in the country you are located (shipped from california)

Priority shiping starts at can take 2-3 business days depending on where in the country you are located (Shipped from california)

Express Shipping can take 1 to 2 business days weekends and holidays not included

we do not ship on saturday and sundays except for the holiday season  dec-1st to the 20th

Returns And Exchanges

All packaged deals or prepack deals or sale items are final sale


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a  refund. You can return unopened and unworn socks or packages of socks for up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund. Packages that have been opened will be eligible for up to 50% of the purchase price.

If you would like to return an item, please read through this entire page and follow instructions and it will be very smooth No return authorization needed.

Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, USPS Global Express Mail (International orders) or UPS shipping fees. Your refund will also not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending merchandise back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. A refund of up to 50% of the original purchase price will be considered if the package has been opened, but the socks have not been worn.

If a pack of socks is opened (i.e., the sticker seal is broken on the bundle of three or four), that item is no longer eligible for full refund or full exchange. Unfortunately, a broken seal/label renders the merchandise unequipped for resale. Please do not include worn socks with your return. If you purchase a 12-pack of socks and only open one of the interior packs, you are welcome to return the other three packages for a partial refund.

Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Within one week of us receiving your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is complete. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

  • 5% re-stocking fee on all returns, exchanges are free and you get a free pair
  • All Custom purchases of 24 pairs or more of same color and style will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee for returns, , so if your purchaseing 36 pairs of white socks dress socks and send them back there is a re-stocking fee, exchanges are free no restocking

Exchanges
You can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All product exchanges should include the original invoice and be mailed to the address noted above. Please provide a detailed explanation with your return of the product(s) that you would like in exchange.

Exchanges will ship within two business days of us receiving the original order.

Send products include a copy of your order.Assure the invoice includes an order number,full name,and address. Below and state the reason you are returning product. (If package is under 13 oz usually around 5-6 pairs, it can be sent back first class and very low cost.)
